Furnace replacement and safety fix (HVAC)
Brian found a cracked heat exchanger leaking CO into our home. He shut it down on the spot and had a new furnace in the next morning. Our CO detector probably saved our lives and Brian's fast work kept us safe. Cannot thank him enough.

Brian does our annual tune-ups and always catches things before they become problems. He found a failing capacitor that would have left us without AC in July. Preventive maintenance pays for itself.
